(this was the first thing you saw when you get into the con) -------- Let's start with the first and most important things1.Brenda Hickey so yeah, i had a little conversation of Q and A's with her, but that cost me a lot of time, why? well check it out for yourself (also the guy with the fat guy in captain 'murica needed on the con as a requirement for good conventions,and also guy with fedora FTW) so well it took me alot of time until i could reach the section of Brenda Hickey, but in the line i meet some bros n' stuff, the was a guy that had a derpy bag, too bad i didn't took a pic so then when i was finally talking with her(brenda is gonna be represented with this emoticon due to legal stuff and because her shirt was one with a fluttershy ); we had a little conversation and also i asked some stuff -here's what i asked: Questions and Answers to Brenda (by Meleeman) -Q:What did make you get into the pony stuff? : well, job of course. IDW gave me an opportunity to work with them. -Q: do you like the fandom soo far? : So far this is the first time I'm in a convention as a pony artist, but so far it's been really awesome. -Q:What kind of recommendations can you give to someone that is starting in all this art-comic stuff? :My recommendation to the new artist? to never give up, all the time do the best thing you know t do and do it if you like it, but the most important thing is to never give up. -Q:What kind of pencils do you use? : i normally use a full set of pencils, but today I'm using this HB pencil and also the tipical 2B for sketching -Q could you say something for EP and the brony fandom? : I hope that everyone enjoy my comic of the micro-series of Applejack, i put all my effort on it, i tried my best so i hope you guys like it and enjoy it remember guys to buy the comic here at : http://derpy.me/bKyab ------------------------ then i asked her if she could draw something for me and guess what i get for 5 dollars http://i.imgur.com/DDyKkmu.jpg (the picture is too long) also i sneak out some parts of the micro series comic (is just the cover) http://i.imgur.com/uoNUofL.jpg ----------------------------------- so well after the part of the mlp comic stuff i did some other things 2.Let's start with the fails -the first and most epic fail i saw was that there was a guy selling hero-nsfw stuff ASIDE OF THE KIDS PANEL -always there are the FAIL cosplayers and crossplayers, but a convention isn't a convention without a mighty F(B)ATMAN! -they were selling pony ears at 25 DOLLARS EACH, it was really expensive because it wasn't even good -there was some guys that were selling the most horrible quality draws comics in the world, they were soo bad that people didn't even bother look at their stuff, like really,(this is for everyone that is an artist or want to be) if you're starting and everything, don't think that showing your stuff at a con is gonna make a big difference in the quality, the comic they were selling were soo bad that it didn't even have color, everything was in pencil... but something now, I'm thinking is about maybe i could go to a con and sell pony draws n stuff, 'cus compared to what i saw today in some sellers sections mines are more than enough to do some competition, hehehe.... -i didn't found an mlp comic issue ----------------------- NOW... 3.the good stuff - they were selling really amazing stuff, i even bought some so here's a little list of what i bought - tons of comics n pony stuff and keychans n pins n a derpy wallet(photoshop not included) lel human revolution.... so well i bought a lot of stuff -------------------------------------------- awesome so well that's it, now because i know a lot of you people will be asking.... TL;DR VERSION : - so in conclusion i think this comic con was great, it was what i expected, but too bad i didn't see any mlp comic but i got an autograph from one of the staff of the comic have a nice day.
