I think we need to take this into a more personal thread I barely know anyone who isn't a fan of Final Fantasy (who is also a fan of games) I am constantly bothered by my mates asking me to play FFVIII but after FFX I'm hesitant. For FFX The gameplay is fine, soundtrack is BRILLIANT, and such, but characters and story are absolute crap. and the game got one of the highest scores for PS2. Anyway, more games! ^^ That was very painful on playstation. Any rts is. Anyone played Age of Empires 2 (PS2) or Halo wars?
... I wanna live where you live! Swap places wth me! Ask anyone if they play final fantasy here, the answers most likely no. I only know a couple of people who play/played it at all. And FFX Was okay. Tidus got annoying, and the scripting was a little meh... But then Jecht was a beast and I enjoyed the game quite a lot. Jecht, you beast! Sephiroth's better, but still... Fighting force's cool! \(^o^)/ Edit; I played Age of Empires a lot! Not on PS2 though, on PC. Was the PS2 version much different? :derpe:
Yeah same. I was a baws at RTSs. Especially for my age back then. Now I'm pretty useless comparing to people online for RTSs. Especially Starcraft ~We're getting off topic!~ lolz one of the three series of games that defined the playstation. For me at least. The other two being Spyro and Crash Bandicoot
:O ... Everything you said in that post is win! Crash bandicoot (2 being my favourite) and Spyro were some of my favourite games on PS1, as well as Klonoa and some other games! And Tekken... I used to kick flank as a kangaroo on that game. XD Bet I'm terrible now though... I know some Tekken fans over here. Oh, the irony! Edit; I also used to play WWF Smack down a lot... You've missed out on quite a bit then. At least you had the game xD I can recite most of the game. and seeing as there's more cutscenes than gameplay, thats quite impressive :derpe:
Yeah, I've missed out on loads of games. My first console was a SNES that I got when I was about 7, followed by a Dreamcast I inherited from my uncle a couple of yours later. I got my first Xbox when I was elleven, and finally got a 360 about 3 years ago. I used to play loads of PC games, mostly Age of Empires, but my interest in PC gaming has diminished to nothing recently. Mostly this is because I haven't bought a new PC in around six years :derpe: Not to mention that half of the drivers are missing and the hard drive has been formatted more times than I can remember.
XD METAL GEAR! Also, RonstaPony, PC Gaming with a good gaming PC is fantastic. You should try Making/Buying one, they're excellent things.
I'd like nothing better, but I have niether the money nor time to get a new PC right now. As for building one... I really don't trust myself to handle something like that. A lot like the Conflict series, but not nearly as polished. Still fun though.
Anyone (aside from myself of course) know of this game? Ahhh good times with this game, even though some of the bosses were.... quite hard.
