    I do love the game though, psychological horror aside, the story and atmosphere is superb.
    Anyone else who wants to share experiences and thoughts? I recommend.

    eeyup and the game isent so much as scary as it is intense it just builds up so much energy as you get so into the game that knowing your going to die and cant do anything about it but have your guy run away just makes you go nuts

    SAME.

    THIS GAME MESSED ME UP.
    My friend and I could NOT open the door to the wine cellar with the first Grunt.
    So after waiting outside the door for a few minutes, we quit for a Minecraft break. o_________o

    And then she told me that she had had a friend over earlier who had also wanted to play Amnesia, and they played it up to the wine cellar, but she couldn't open the door either. :DFH:

    And then on New Year's Eve, we tried playing it again, but... we COULDN'T GET PAST THE FREAKING DOOR.
    Sooo... we just went to YouTube and watched Tobuscus fail-- I mean play it.
    And we were terrified enough just watching him play it. ;~;

    I've heard good things about Amnesia; when I get a new PC I'll definitely be checking it out. Inheard the sound design's incredible, and the same guy is doing all the sound for Overgrowth.

    The sound makes the game.
    The "dated" visuals don't even show when you are darting around in the darkness being chased by a humanoid creature with it's jaw dropped to it's chest and eyes that would put you in a nightmare without sleep.
    Still, playing it with friends is a great laugh. :3
