    I love this series. Favorites:

    5
    7
    10
    1

In no particlular order. I am in the group that believes any one past 10 is bad. Exept MAYBE 12 if I can get a copy. Oh, Dissidia 012 (and the original) BLOWS MY MIND. Gilgamesh is too awesome.

I love FF. My favorites are:

    IX
    VIII
    XII
    IV
X (mainly because it was the game that got me into RPGs)
    VI

I really enjoyed XIII, though a lot of people didn't. I haven't played any Dissidia though.

Number 7 was the game of my childhood. All the flying ships, and the chocobos, and the arcades, and the snowboarding, and the fight music, and the monster summoning....

I've only really played X, and Tidus was an annoying s***, to be honest. I switched him out of my party the moment I got a chance.

Square Soft (the company that made Final Fantasy) back in the day wasn't doing very well and they had enought resources to make one more game.

and the last story is the last of its genre right? Or something like that I heard.

The only FF I played fully was 8. Which I have for PC. There was FF Crystal Chronicles too. Also a cool game. If you know how to beat it. The multiplayer would've been better using controllers or online play.

Oh yeah I hated Tidus too. I love the series though I never much got into the spin-offs except for Dissidia. Not a big fan of the latter games though... it sucks 10 is the first game that had a character that sucked, I didn't enjoy 12 like i have the other ones... I just finished the main story of 13 I can't even bring myself to play it again.

I actually thought Tidus was a well-written character. I love FFXIII, but for completely different reasons than I love past ones. I still think it would have been better off not being FF but being something else instead.

I agree he was. I just really don't like those kind of people. You make a good point about FFXIII it would of been a much better experiance if it was it's own thing.

I kinda like the Judge of Wings from FFXII. Good character with a good background.
P.S FFXII Is one of the hardest games to beat!

My favourites are still IV, VI, and IX.

IX is my all time favourite - the story, characters, battle system all were well thought out and one of the prettiest games for the psOne.
I'm still trying to get through XIII, but it feels like a chore more than playing a game...

I played through most of XII and III. I really liked them both but couldn't quite bring myself to finish them.

I lost all sense of purpose and story with XII thanks to the amount of time I spent grinding. By the time I finished a dungeon, I'd long forgotten why I went in or why I should care that I'd made it out the other side. Otherwise, really solid and interesting game.

    I think, anyway...

Final Fantasy III? I kinda wanted the trade-in money and I'd gotten as much enjoyment out of it as I could. I liked it though with it's job system and it's final boss. Spoiler: It's called The Cloud of Evil.

Otherwise, I'm a fan of Kingdom Hearts but I'll understand if no-one wants to talk about that one here.
