Huh...That's interesting. I've never thought about player characters teaching skills to other player characters.
The whole teaching/learning mechanic is interesting. You roll to teach and to see if they understand, then combine the results. If it's over 100, they learn it. (Well, that's how teaching Skills works, anyway...) ^ DOH! Must edit my post then...
That's the basics of learning base-level skills, yeah. There's also ways of learning base level skills by attempting to do them. However, that only works for simple things like swimming and haggling. (You never knew you were so good at it kinda thing?) Things that require learning and such actually need more than just "trying to do it" to get it. Oh, yes, yes it does.

The character sign-up's on the OOC thread that legion so helpfully provided us with. Background is... in short: you work for a secret organization run by a madpony... but you're doing good things for Equestria... then taking none of the credit. Eight Star, however, in this RP, provides all the wants and needs his agents have as long as they carry out their orders. Multiple characters can be made, but not for the same group, Love<3.
Name: Ultra Violet Race: Unicorn Gender: Female Specialty: Creativity and wisdom. Her cutie mark is an infinity sign, with curved glowing lines of neon green and blue, and a few glitters surrounding them. She is insanely intelligent, quick-witted, and clever, but has some awkward social tendencies. She is also uncontrollably creative, always expressing herself with art, raving, or just playing some guitar. Background: She was born to two Librarians, who's love for books and information she inherited. Besides that, she was different then them, and her two sisters, in every other way. She was bright and loud, messy and chaotic. She recieved her cutie mark just lately for standing up for herself and decided that she would take the reins of her life, and has run away from her family to pursue her desire for more art and experiences. Her first thought was to just hide away in Vinyl Scratch's house again like she always used too, but the young foal decided against it, and wandered into the Everfree forest, where she meets Eight Star. Appearance: She has a dark violet coat, with a thick wavy mane of dark blue-green and streaks of neon green. Her eyes are turquoise colored, and her magic color is purple. Umm.. A few questions. I'm starting her young, since I don't have much experience yet, and I was wondering what you mean by different groups?
