I have considered using Peaceful Serenity as Fluttershy's theme song, but the major reason I deciding against it is because if I use that as her theme song, it going change any Fluttershy scenes from being cute, to High Octane Shipping Fuel. And while it is true that I was planning of falsely advertising MLP:RPG as a dating simulator to trick 4channers into downloading the game, I have decided against that route. Mainly because it has proven to be unnecessary.
If you don't count the musicians who have been providing the excellent fan music and the RGSS 2 coders who provided public resource Ruby scripts on RPG Maker VX forums, Then yes, I'm on my own right now. I'm using a few those for instance, a engine upgrade script, a side-view battle system, ab animated battle background systeme, a change equip in battle menu, and a multiple parties/inventory system. Right now I'm working on getting a series of pony templates ready so that anypony who wants to could help me make the sprites. As for Story and event scripting however, I think I'll remain the only person who handles the actual project file. That's not to say that nopony can help me in those regards, as MAPs and EVENTs can be pasted across Project files in RPG Maker VX.
I can easily help you out on the music part, just after I finish doing a few small pieces of my own. (including my work on an solo album) It shouldn't take long.
Well here's what's missing so far. But the way Vinyl, do you and Derpy the group known as z0rg? Or is that somepony else?
That's somepony else, we operate under our own names. (Until I can get a few trademarks filled out, that is) EDIT: Derpy, if we're ever going to do something like this, then I'm ready with my cello and my harp. And pretty much any other instrument from an orchestra, including paper ruffling.
You should really color code that list... Maybe red for missing songs and blue for questionable songs. (Black and bold for songs chosen) Nvm... Lol.
Derpy Hooves' "Twiligit Sonata" has been assigned to "The Illithid's Trap". EDIT EuroBeat Brony's "So many wonders" has been assigned to Fluttershy's Theme. z0rg's "Of Lyres and Chocolate" acts 1 and 6 has be assigned to Sad things happening and What is going on everypony!?! Edit Depending if I can get it to loop the way I want it to, the opening of Makkon's "Luna Deos" will be assigned to "Wicked Mare of Darkness"
