    When I say " Saddest, But hopeful" I think of It's more of a Somber, slow, or deeper song that has a hopeful and meaningful message. I'll start us with this beauty by Puscifer. " The Humbling river"

    That is a very good song. Back when I was into rock/metal I loved FFDP. Far From Home was another good one by them.

    This is probably going to sound cliche but I really liked EileMonty's "I Am Octavia". It just feels like it's giving off a form of hope even though it's saddening.

    Don't know if this really counts since A) it's video game music and B) the song itself has no lyrics from which to derive something meaningful, but the mood of it (combined with the text crawl) really conveys that sad-but-hopeful feeling:
