Oh, you knew this thread was coming. Destiny is coming out! This game has been hyped pretty hard, so this week I'm cooling down after being over-excited and I think I'm just going to focus on trying to have fun once I get it. I plan on playing as a Hunter Human Female, because I think that falls quite in line with my personality. All the races and classes look cool. The levels seem neat and the enemies look interesting. Honestly, this game could be one tenth as exciting as it's been hyped to be and I'd still buy it. Sometimes I just look for fun experiences in video games, and this one might just deliver. Is anyone else excited? Or not? Why, pray tell? We're all entitled to our opinions here, so long as you're respectful of everyone else's. If you plan on playing, what class will you play as? What race? Which gender? Are you as happy about Peter Dinklage being in this game as I am (HINT: you probably aren't)? I'm looking forward to creating my character and adventuring on all kinds of different planet surfaces. I'm think Venus (post-terraformed) might end up being my favorite, but Mars would be cool, too. I also think we don't know nearly enough about the story yet, so I'm excited to learn more. I'll be playing on the PS3, and I've pre-ordered the game off of Amazon.com to have it here on the release date.

It looks really cool, but sadly; I don't have a PS4. One of my friends pre-ordered it, so I may come over to his house and watch him play. :L
Pre-ordered mine for the PS4, going to the midnight release for next week. Going to give magic class a try sense I really enjoyed playing as the Warlock in the beta so, Space wizards UNITE!

I'm a level 14 Warlock, and I have no idea at all what the subclasses are about. I guess I'll find out soon! By the way, I noticed that Destiny only got a 65 on Gamespot. That worries me. Whenever something I like gets bad reviews, I like it less. It's a low self-esteem thing, so don't worry XP
