  memories are just that things in the mind that we remember for whatever reason. The sould though is somewhat of a myth of the human body some believe that the soul is your "inner sanctuary" a place where you can retreat your mind for whatever reason. Case in point I retreated my OC and Uniqua into my soul a place that would take you at least two centuries to crack.
