Sorry Derpy I made a mistake on the first 2 threads, the thread I want you to keep is this one http://www.everypony.com/forums/showthread.php?888-Why-do-you-like-My-Little-Pony-Friendship-is-Magic, however it will be sad to lose the nice posts people made on the other one. can I delete threads, I couldn't figure out how.

The fact that someone has looked at my bandcamp does make me realise I need to change a few of the song titles.

But seriously, if you think that they're good enough, by all means have them. I'll try and root around my computer to try and find them, as well as the pictures I used. Or I could make better ones, whatever's easier. If it's of any interest, I recently got Reason 4, and I'm trying to get to grips with that at the moment, so I might have some more to give in the future.

On a similar note, I've been listening to some of your stuff on YouTube, and it's nothing short of brilliant. Seriously, awesome stuff.

Do you by any chance use Reason?

Yes, indeed I do. I am much a fan of the program. I got into using it because I used to watch my Brother (who's 12 years older than me) use Reason 2 when it came out. I started to properly learn how to use it 2 years ago, and when I decided I wanted to study Music Technology at college this year I started to learn how to properly use Reason, not just use patches. There's still a lot for me to learn, but I can at least now stick with a piece that I am making, even though I may not like how it sounds, and use my experience with the program to develop into something I do like.

Adam Jones is not really one of my guitar role-models, I prefer John Petrucci.

I like them for that too, and also, for me, there is a little mystic in their musics.
I've never heard about Karnivool, it's Jaret who made ​​known them. For the moment, I can't really tell you where I take my inspiration, I'm learning the music theory right now.

Yeah, I mean I could properly come up with something rather euro & happy sounds no a problem. In UK Hardcore I have to be all serious in what I write. So this is prob a good way to let go an just do some random uplifting slower stuff

Yeah no problem Derpy. I'd prob do something slower & different from my UK Hardcore stuff as they are all full 12" DJ mixable thing and an all my UK Hardcore stuff goes via my Publisher & the main label I'm signed too.
