That sounds like tons of fun! The only problem is, I'm haning out with a couple close friends IRL that day, so I wouldn't be able to do it if it was in the evening (I live in Illinois, so I'm on Central Time; it's 8:33 p.m. of March 28th as I type this, so I'm not sure what the difference in our times zones is). In the afternoon, I'm just casually chilling with a buddy, maybe watching some TV, so I'd be free. I don't have a Skype, though I want to get one once I get my new laptop in June. What kind of chatroom?
