I just want to make sure I understand you correctly. When you say "to put a post in the radio" do you mean as in how do you chat in the radio? If so, that's really simple;

1. Go to http://www.everypony.com/forums/home.php?pageid=radio (of course. :P).
2. When the chat loads, press the pencil that's between the "login" and the clock buttons.
3. Enter a nickname of your choosing. Preferably the same name you use on the forum.
4. Click "Save Changes" and you're done!

No need for a Livestream account to participate! ^_^

As for your profile, what is it that you want to configure exactly? I'd be more than happy to help you with that as well. :)
