Re: The teacher thing and innuendos.
Long story very short, politicians intend to prolong the school days. The teachers refuse to oblige. Lockout commences. To put it simply, it is a reverse strike. Wikipedia has an article, I believe. I'm totally with the teachers by the way. The people pushing for longer school days have no sense of reality.
I apologise on behalf of my fellow innuendoers for any traumer they may have inflicted.

I think it went quite well, except the konfirmand had an allergic reaction the day before, which bummed her out for a bit. The whole thing did go on for longer than I expected, but it's fine. The food was delicious, and I met my first English teacher for the first time in over ten years. There was much discussion about the current lockout of school teachers in Denmark.
Healthy tip: Sexual innuendos and complete strangers don't necessarily mix.

Yarr, those songs are also my favs on the new record. I'm not a big fan of Ensiferum actually, but I do think I'll like Wintersun.

There's no one place, sorry to say. xD I just save images to my Dropbox when I come across them, whether for cuteness like my avatars or for reaction faces.

Apologies, but I'm afraid Rarity is one of my least favorites. x3 We could still be friends, though.

      You have a point there.

Well, regardless, it's great to see you again! I missed you.

      Sweet.

Well, school, turning 16, and all the teenage drama here. You know the drill.

      Hahaha, it's alright.

I've been okay, school and life are pretty bland, but that's pretty normal..

Internetting is a timely excercise for sure...

      Oh jeez, you are!

      Hi!

In case you didn't notice the name change or something, I'm Saikyo. From like. Months back.

Sorry for the triple post but I understand the "How do you get acceleration or time part?" now.

Basically you manipulate the v(t) = Initial Velocity + at so that you have "a" or ["t" by itself so you can solve for that variable.

Well I'm understanding it a bit more.

      *Passed 1000 characters again.*

Because if the 3rd equation I listed is acceleration how am I supposed to find acceleration if there is an "a" in that equation? So I just used the equation posted in parenthesis to get my a.

Well my head hurts, but it's coming back to me kinda slowly. Anyways I have to study for a math test tomorrow. College is draining my time from my studies and this forum.

Thanks for the help. I can go over the rest of the question later tomorrow. Since this isn't due til' Thursday.

So basically all I do is plug in numbers and such, but then again. If I wanted to find the first displacement of Vector A.

I would use which of the three formulas first? I know that in order to find the displacement for that segment I would use x(t) formula.

So if I tried to put it into the equation for t=10. (And with a bit of google...since I forgot how to find acceleration. It's a = (v - v0)/t)

      So a = (2-0)/10 = 0.2m/s

      Then x(10) = (0) + (0)(10) + (1/2)(0.2)(10)^2

Thus the displacement for line segment A is 10m. Right?

The only problem I had with this formula was how to get acceleration(a)? So I had to google how to find acceleration, and because I forgot everything about Physics altogether I just need to refresh.

It doesn't give a starting position and I kinda know what your getting although I know half or little of the terminology.

Anyways my professor did give us three simple yet important equations.

      x(t) = Initial X (Xv0) + (Initial Velocity (Vv0) x Time) + (1/2)at^2

      v(t) = Initial Velocity (Vv0) + at

      v^2(t) = Initial Velocity Squared. (Vv0)^2 + 2a(X-Inital X)

The only thing I don't really understand is the third equation. What does that equation represent?

And yes, that is what the graph looks like.

Also I know from common sense that the Inital X is 0 and Initial Velocity is also 0.
