I am. There's this one realization I came to; try and limit computer use. Seriously, the more I derp around, the more depressed I'm going to get it seems. Another thing I decided to do was to undergo this self-evaluation and improvement process I stopped doing because I thought things had stabilized. Really hoping it ends up being helpful now as it was then.
