  I get that feeling all the time bro. I mean, between you and me, I'm bipolar, so I get moodswings constantly. My advice on dealing with them is sleep. Read a book. Listen to music. Whatever is one of your favorite things.
  I take meds so I don't get as many moodswings anymore, but all of last week I wanted to just leave behind everything.
