ok so i went to school today and asked ALL the English teachers grade (7-12) if they knew what the term 'derp' meant NONE OF THEM SAID THAT DERP MEANT RETARDED!!!! so that guy on change.com is wrong no matter what happens and this whole race for more signatures shouldint have been started in the first place.
