Who hates Fluttershy?

I was just going on some of the "Best Pony" topic then I saw a bunch of people place Fluttershy at the very bottom of their list.

I don't think that means they hate her, they just prefer other ponies.

I think it's because she really doesn't have much of personality and she doesn't really do much.
I've seen people put RD in the bottom of the list, but I just respect their opinion and move on and not get all upset about it.
Fluttershy is like my 4th favorite from the mane six, she isn't that bad but, she should really be more of a better character.

I don't hate her, she's just not my favorite of the Mane Six. She's still in my top twenty.

I don't exactly "hate" her. She's just not really one of my favorites.

I don't like her, but I don't hate her either, and I can understand why people like her.
