I wouldn't really see the point. You can print your own for around forty-five dollars. Even then, that seems really expensive for a book that is barely professional. I mean, I read that they willfully kept in all of the typos and didn't edit or do anything special for the final version in the first batch that they printed officially. I can hope that they didn't decide to do that in the second printing, but there are still limited copies to think of. You'd be paying an extreme amount of money for a book that isn't even proofread. Plus, if this ever gets popular enough to actually drive down prices and get the attention of any businesses, I can foresee some copyright issues.
