I'm working on a song, and I need some ideas from it to sample. The song is a fast dubstep/dance at 154 bpm in key of Em. I have another thread about it, but any epic (heroic) quotes from FIM?

The Fluttershy one works equally as good.

It's better to use vocal samples without background music/noise, for obvious reasons. If you really want to use a vocal source that does have sounds along with it, there are ways to make an acapella version (voice only). I don't know the specifics on how, so I'd search around.
