Nothing has happened the past few months. The same old problems, the same letters... I've never fully wrapped my mind around my life. Me. Twilight Sparkle. Never changing anything. Being a somewhat of a nerd, never a show off, loves to be with friends, but that all changed when a deadly sin, Jealousy, snuck up behind me and over powered my emotions into being something. Something like a monster. **** PART ONE **** I began pacing the library, looking worried. I was waiting for my baby dragon, Spike, for the new quills. It's been about 20 minutes. The afternoon sun shined into the libary, shadowing over me. "I'm. Here" Spike colassped on the floor, panting. "Spike? You shouldn't hurry. You ARE a baby dragon after all." I said, looking at the sweat he had over his body. He held about 10 quills in a paper bag with a small hole in the back. "I. Also. Bought ink." He panted, sitting up to look at me. "Well that was very nice of you, Spike, but I think it leaked." I said, with a small smile. Spike turned his head and a trail of black ink lead to his purple feet. "He he." He laughed. I laughed too, taking the bag as Spike left to sleep. "Let's finish this letter." I thought, sitting down to finish the letter to the princess. **** I beleive it was midnight. There was a noise loud enough to wake up Spike. "Twi?" He began. "Let's go check." I said, as I hopped out of bed. "Whaddya think it is?" Spike said as we ran into the center of Ponyville. "I don't know, Spike. But be on your toes, it may be dangerous." I said, stopping to look around. "H...Help me-" A voice said from behind, sounding weak. We turned around and saw a blue unicorn on the floor, who seemed to have fainted. My horn was surrounded by purple auora, so was the unicorn. My footsteps echoed through the quiet town of Ponyville. I closed the door, putting the unicorn down. "Thank...you..." She said, weakly. "What's her name? Spike said. I forgot he came along, I was so surprised to find anypony hurt in Equestria, I was worried that she may die if I don't treat her right away. "I'm...the great...and power-" She began, correcting herself and shaking her head,"I'm...Trixie." "Trixie?!"Spike and I said together. The last time she was here, she was a complete show off. I actually ran her out of town, well, she ran ut of town, but still. She sat up, shaking her mane, giving me a smile. "Forgive me for my last visist here, in Ponyville. I apologize greatly and hope you accept it. I wish to live in your wonderful town, to be like you Twilight Sparkle. I have changed," Trixie said, getting up,"Also, if it isn't too much, may I have something to eat?" Spike looked up at me to do something. I couldn't just kick her out. Maybe this was a trick. The questions buzzed around my head, it began to make me dizzy. "Sure." I said, my horn glowing. I focoused. What should she eat? I made a plate of hay show up. "Uh-Oh thank you!" She began, giving me a concerned smile. "You can sleep in my bed." I said, yawning. It was 1 now and I had to sleep. "Thank you, Twilight Sparkle." Trixie said, walking upstairs. Spike and I slept downstairs, keeping eachother company. **** PART 2 **** The sun shined through the windows, going through my eyelids, waking me up. I turned to Spike, with him holding the pillow over his head. "Spike." I whispered. He turned his back on me and began snoring. "Spike!" I whispered loudly. "W-what?!" Spike, fumbled to get up. "Trixie is still here, right?" "Yeah,Twi, don't worry though." Just then, Trixie came in, levatating a black comb to her mane. "Good morning." She said, stopping in her tracks."Twilight, I don't mean to bother you, but when may I meet your friends?" "Oh,well..." I began, avoiding my gaze at her. I forgot about Trixie wanting to meet new friends. "You guys can go after breakfast!" Spike bursted out. I sprung into action and covered his mouth with my hoof. "Oh, wonderful! I'll make breakfast straight away! Twilight, would you wish to borrow my comb?" Trixie said, gesturing her comb towards me. I looked my eyes at my mane, I felt myself turning red. "It's fine, I have my own upstairs." I said, galloping upstairs, slamming the wooden door. My room didn't have messy scrolls on the floor, or Quills on the desk. My sheets were folded perfectly, I was in the same room when I first moved here, not a single thing was gone. "Wow." I said, walking to my mirror. My mane was terrible, Rarity would call it "A crime against all things fashion." I levatated my comb brushing my mane down into my boring old hairstyle. It got me thinking, with Trixie here and all, what if I change my apperance, to go with Trixie changing from in-modest to the most modest pony I may ever meet. After I introduce everyone to Trixe, I'll go back to Rarity's and ask for a "makeover" with my mane. "Twilight~!" A voice chirpped downstairs."Breakfast is ready!" "Comming!" I said, dropping my comb and running downstairs. **** "That pancake gemstone was great,Trixie! Twilight's weren't even half as good as yours!" Spike said, rubbing his dragon belly. "It was nothing, Spike. Twilight, did you like your hay bacon strips?" Twilight said, turning to me. My stomach was pretty full. "Yeah...Trixie. It actually was delicious." I said, putting on a sincere smile. "Wonderful! Now, who shall you introduce me to first?"Trixie said, smiling as she looked around town. "Uhh, well, how 'bout Pinkie Pie?" I said, looking at Sugar Cube Corner. "Come on!"Trixie said, running through the door. Spike and I followed, seeing Pinkie Pie already talking to Trixie. ****
