Actually, when I got back from my trip,(the one from New Years') there was a dead mouse in the garage. It smelled so bad. At least I had some scented spray to get rid of the smell. As for the mouse, I threw it out somewhere outside......

The dead rat's under my floor, so I can't throw it out :c

You should call an exterminator to get rid of it for you. They're experts at it.

Well they kill the pests, but it's already dead. I don't think killing it again will help.

Try breaking the the floor with some something hard. Then, take the rat out.
Easy peesy lemon squeezy.

We did put down rat traps, but they just ate the cheese without setting them off x3

I have a easy solution for this. You'll need a ladder, some kerosene, a fuse, and matches. Making sure your house is insured for more than you bought it for is recommended but optional. First, use the ladder to get on top of your house, and douse it in kerosene. Then, evacuate to a safe distance while laying down the fuse, then light it with your match. No more rat smell!

Also I never said it was for the insurance money. That's just optional. This was to get rid of the rat smell.

I am NOT a pyromaniac. Pyromania specifically refers to the inability to resist the urge to set things on fire. I've gotten pretty good at resisting the urge.
