I agree Sony shouldn't be praised for simply doing the right thing, but in an industry where doing the wrong thing is almost benal. Their gesture meant everything. It really contextualizes things. The game industry around it so rotten sony doing nothing is one of the most heroic thing a coproration has done for gamers in years. So I may not like it but with things in the miserable state they are in, I will absolutely applause a company that wont go out of it's way to mistreat me.
