(@Crimson Lionheart here ya gu) Graduation. The time in which boys become men, girls become women, and students depart grade school forever and take their first steps into a larger world. And it was here at last. Circuit Breaker couldn't believe it. Four long years of struggling to maintain his grades had at last come to an end. He couldn't believe he had made it this far. Of course, he was overjoyed, though he knew he wasn't going to be seeing his friends daily anymore, though this hardly bothered him, as he lived not too far from them. "Ready for the big day, champ?" asked his adoptive father, Rugburn. Though at first glance Rugburn looked to be a large, burly man dressed in a grey Hawaiian tee, khaki shorts and green croc shoes; with navy-blue skin, a beige mullet and green eyes... well, he was, but most people would assume that he was mentally stuck in 1991, ...and they would be right. However, this didn't stop him from being a rather nice man, if a bit awkward. "Oh, definitely," replied Circuit, his face filled to the brim with joy. "Sweet... Now you should probably get outta bed. You know what they say, brah, you snooze, you lose!" teased Rugburn playfully. Circuit looked around him awkwardly. "Oh... right..."
6.59am.. The alarm clock went off and sounded a new day, blaring loudly much to the sleeping annoyance of the man in the bed. Crimson moaned as he got up, having spent the previous few years at school and enjoying the new life he had now. He also looked older as well, now starting to have the beginnings of a beard grow on him. In terms of his physique, nothing has changed. He was still the same person as he was when he moved to America. Winter made her way into the room to wake him up. If Crimson didn't change, she did. Her beautiful mane was showing the early traces of going grey. She went in the room almost with a hop and step, and happily spoke to him. "Get up, Crimson! Today's your last day!" Winter happily gleamed with pride. "Wha?" Crimson said still half asleep. "Oh, right" He chuckled happily. Soon, as if she was a blur, Winter latched onto her adopted son with a warm hug. "I'm so proud of you. Let's make today special! I made your favorite breakfast to celebrate" Crimson sat upright on the bed, almost being strangled by his mothers own physique and happily smiled at her. "Sounds great~"
That night... After Rugburn dropped him off, Circuit took one last look at the exterior of Canterlot High. In a way, he was going to miss this place. Even though the academic aspect was incredibly difficult, he had made plenty of friends there, and his four years in high school were nothing if not interesting -- there had been a couple of unusual incidents over the years, supposedly like something out of a Saturday morning cartoon. It always involved his friends somehow, too. Well, not his closest friend, Crimson Lionheart... but rather his other friends, all girls. There was also one girl who popped in from time to time, as well as what he assumed to be her twin (at least, he thought it was -- though he did find it odd that they both had the same name). There was also talk of "magic" and "portals" and "equestrians;" the first of these he was certain didn't exist, the second was a possible loophole in the laws of physics that science had yet to prove, and the third merely people who rode horseback. If those words were connected somehow, it was lost on him. He made a sort of nostalgic sigh before entering the doors for the final time.
Crimson drove into the carpark of Canterlot High for one final time, the gleaming black muscle car revving as he looked at the exterior of the building. He might have been early for graduation, as it was not supposed to have been taking place until later tonight...but something called to him here. He could have stayed home and relaxed, but he had this urge to visit the place where his life changed for the better...
Suddenly, as he entered the building, he noticed Crimson walking in. "Hey man," said Circuit excitedly, "how do you feel?!"
Crimson took a moment to take it all in, breathing deeply. "Amazing..." He happily smiled. "Just....amazing"
Crim took that moment to think about it. He never thought he would have made it this far either, yet alone finally get the chance to settle down peacefully. And with everything looking up for him, then tonight would have been special for him.
