I have to admit... it's quite the unique concept and I definitely like the looks of it. I never got a Wii U because none of the games interested me in any way, shape or form except for Pokken Tournament and I wasn't about to get a system for what is basically one game only. Now if Pokken Tournament gets re-released for this... Or if there are games that interest me... I might get this one. We'll see.
As amazing as the system looks, I don't foresee myself being able to afford it upon launch. Plus, since I've wanted to play Skyrim for a while, I might wait until Bethesda confirms that it will be ported to the Switch. In the mean time, I'll DEFINITELY be getting LoZ: Breath of the Wild when it comes out on Wii U.
Breath of the Wild will probably be the last game for Wii U, so I think you'd have more longevity with the Switch version (yes, there's a Switch version, it's Twilight Princess all over again (NO, NOT PRINCESS TWILIGHT YOU SILLY)).
Even though I literally don't go anywhere almost every day of each year, this looks like an interesting system, and the potential for a good library of games is certainly there. I think my only concern is the controllers, because analog sticks only work well for me in certain instances, while D-pads work better for me in others.
