Oh! Well, i would LOVE to be a Pegasus! I just... don't know if i WOULD actually be one. Plus, i don't even know which i want to be more anymore. -3-
The one where you said, "Was that from the season 2 press conference, ePONY?"? If so, that wasn't overlooked. I just couldn't think of a witty response other than, "Haha, maybe."
"Little Accent Challenge." Haha, sounds like a gameshow or something. No, I didn't forget. I didn't think you'd actually consider recording your voice. :P
I like fog. I know that's random in itself. For some reason I just like the way it looks. Like in this picture. I know it may look gloomy, but for some reason I like it. Although, too much of it can be depressing. Your accent's not very good? Prove it. You're right... I should hear it. RECORD IT NOW! lol, just kidding, of course. You don't have to do that. :)
i will be okay sometime, its just an abstinence crysis, i think that tomorow i will be okay. *hugs very tight*
Wow! That's some crazy damage. Poor Michael Fish. Is it always foggy in the UK? lol. I notice that was taken a little after 8 AM, so it's probably no surprise that there's fog, but I hear things like it's foggy, misty and rainy a lot there. Also, I love the English accent. Just felt like randomly pointing that out. Just had a brief tropical downpour where I am. It didn't even last a minute.
I am very well aware of this, but unlike some other ponies, i have a better ability to look on the brighter side of things, I'll be fine, worry about other ponies, thank you for the concern though.
Yeah, I would think at those latitudes it wouldn't be as likely. I think the storms would have to be moving very rapidly to be able to make it there so they can survive the relatively cool ocean waters. Up in the northeastern US, hurricanes aren't common there either. I think climatology states they average a landfall once every 25 years or something like that. Contrast that with Florida, which I think some areas are once every couple years. I think the last hurricane to affect NJ was sometime in the 70's. So that may be another factor for the complacency. So, after he said there wasn't a hurricane, a big storm hit?
It can be. It's already claimed at least a couple lives so far, both from falling trees. One was a driver in a car, and another was a child in a house. The reason people are probably underestimating it is because it's a category 1 hurricane. What some people don't understand is that only means the winds at the center are between 74 and 95 MPH (119 and 153 km/h). It has nothing to do with the rainfall, storm surge, tornado threat, and the overall size of the wind field. This storm is massive in size, so its effects can be felt in a lot of areas. I just hope that others are taking it seriously.
Haha. Yeah, I woke up "late" this morning— 10 AM! That's the latest I've gotten up in over a week. I'm well. I'm monitoring the hurricane that's moving along the US east coast (Irene). So I'm kinda pumped... it's a meteorologist thing. lol. How's your weekend so far?
Ah, well, I go there sometimes - just wondering if I've seen you there. Any ways, times to get of the internet - the wife, she calls to me. If I don't see you tomorrow, have a happy birthday, alright?
There's worse places to be - do you go on the radio? I go once in a while, but my download speeds aren't great so the music is always choppy. Wind up muting it and just watching the chat, jumping in when I can.
Hey Muesli! Yeah, I suppose we did. Watched movies until after midnight, went off the diet and had some junk food and soda, and just kicked back. Not real exciting, I suppose, but that's us. Oh, and it's too hot to sleep, so I got up at six this morning, but I don't sleep much anyways. How was your night? (Or day, I forget which time zone you're in)
