If You want to start a riot get a group of people to start fighting over something. Then wait till that argument escalates to the point where the police are involved. Then wait for other people to get involved and if you prefer,stay away from the crowd and spectate with a bottle of soda and a bagof popcorn at hand which you can get from you local movie theatre.
