Yeah. Deadra Princes are vague like that, but that's why we love them. I typically like to aim for Mehrune's Razor for Assassin/Thief characters and Sanguine's Staff if I am a Mage. Hell, I may just get the Mace of Baog Mal for fun of it. Killing that one Vigil of Stendar member is worth it... along with a camp of Forsworn.

You can cause a lot of mayhem with the Razor and illusion magic...

Illusions is essentially mind control to some point. That plus the razor... well Mayhem will be your middle name.
