Hmm. What about that contest thing, that you won. We were told that we didn't need the software to make a theme.... And I believe I can write up an XML file with Notepad++.....
You wont be able to write out a full theme from a raw notepad. I own my own forum and my own xenforo software which is how I made the theme that won. In that contest you were to design a theme that Tyro would have then made into a a real theme on his own from your concept.
