Because no one respects opinions anymore and just resort to insults. Yet clearly that's not going to happen.

The thing people have no respect or tolerance for is when opinions are presented in an obnoxious and childish manner. Also, respect is earned, not freely given. I think that is the least insulting way I can say that.
