Don't pull your child into the conversation, and say, "Can't you just serve one more for a poor little boy?" and then storm off in a huff when they say no.
Mmhmm. I've worked there 10 years, and I love it, but that is always very consistent. The last minute pleas for food even though we've been working for the last 10 hours.
To be fair, I've seen plenty of stall owners who would happily sell after-hours to avoid losing money/inventory. I don't see how it hurts to ask, as long as they're not a dick about it.
No, that's fine! I actually love the people who are able to say " oh, OK. Thanks anyway." But when you drag your kid into it, and try and guilt us into it or keep asking after we've already said no, it gets a little frustrating.
Yeah, although the kid honestly looked like he couldn't have cared less. There's a McDonalds a block away. She could have walked over and grabbed him a milkshake. She just left it to the last minute, and then tried to make us feel badly for not serving her.
