She pulled her hand away with a frown. "Sorry," she said, carefully moving past him to meet Romero.
He looked confused as he tried to remember what it was. "Hm.."
"I'm not angry with you," she said gently, taking his hand and squeezing it. "You're okay."
He looked up at her with nervous frown. "Okay.. What about you?"
Her eyes narrowed. This seemed to irritate her. "Is that so?"
He woke a little while later, looking around in a panic when he realized he was alone. He found the note, his hand over her chest anxiously.
