He nodded slowly. "What should we have for dinner?"
She glowered. "Ferris are you serious."
He nodded. "I'm sorry I got so mad."
She turned to him suddenly. "What?'
He shook his head. "No. I'm done for tonight."
She looked over at him. "What do you mean?"
"Tomorrow we can go," he said. "I was getting things prepared."
She nodded in agreement, dropping her hand from his waist and walking ahead. "I think she's still in the garden."
He frowned. "I don't want anyone to die."
"I did say emotionally. How does that affect you?"
"I never said that," he said, "I have space to consider friends. I'd rather keep you safe that complete a mission, O."
She grinned. "Am I really holding you emotionally hostage?"
She laughed. "Yes. And you too, okay?"
He rolled his eyes playfully. "What would you recommend?'
She raised an eyebrow, resting her hand on his waist playfully. "I would."
He laughed slightly. "Because I care about you. I don't want you to get hurt."
He relaxed, tilting his head. "You know I know you're capable, right?"
She nodded. "Yes, I would."
