He looked back, going to help again, his brows furrowed.
He looked a little panicked, his eyes narrow and surprisingly firm. He fists clenched and he took in a sharp breath. "I love you, Dahlia!"
He held her hands, his brows furrowed. "Get somewhere safe, Dahlia. I'll be okay. I want you to be okay too."
His eyes widened and he looked back urgently. "Dahlia. Please. Please go back now. I need to help hold up the dam. Another wave is coming. Please."
"I need to help these people," he said with a frown. "I can't leave them."
He looked back, his expression startled. "I know. I need you to go back. Please. I don't want you to get hurt. I have to help these people."
He nodded to Victor, rushing over to her and taking her arms carefully. "Please, Dahl. Go back home. I'll be okay. I don't want you to get hurt."

Osiris's eyes widened, and he looked back at Victor suddenly. "What can I do to help?"
"She's getting the place we're staying prepared," he said, "she's been sick and I didn't want it to get worse again."
He frowned, going to help as well wordlessly.
Osiris looked worried, tensing up a bit. "What? We are? Okay."
Osiris approached, looking around with furrowed brows. "I'm here to help evacuate people."
He started back downstairs, frowning slightly.
He nodded gently.. "I know. I will."
He nodded, hugging her back. "I will."
He still seemed reluctant, but sighed. "Okay. We'll talk about. I'm going to go now."
