She looked around curiously, her head tilted.
She kept close, holding his hand tightly.
He gave her a small kiss. "I love you."
She nodded and put her tools back in her back before picking up the plant. "Thank you. Do you want to go back now?"
She chuckled lowly, taking his hand.
He kissed her temple. "I think we do. Do you?"
"Like I said, I was looking for it." She went to the plant, taking her spade and gently digging it out, placing the dirt part in the burlap sack...
She moved her hand to the side of his neck. "I'm glad. You're worth it, my love."
He nossed warmly. "I agree."
She grinned, reaching her hand up and brushing his jaw. "I love you too, Eli. You're.. wonderful."
She pulled away, looking at him sweetly.
"Nope. That's why I'm resting gonna sit here and hold you instead."
She wrapped her arms around him. After a moment she looked up and kissed him deeply.
He shifted, putting his arm around her adoringly.
She flushed, meeting his gaze. "I know.. I love you too."
He approached her, sitting beside her.
She kissed his cheek. "That's sweet."
He looked through books, not necessarily searching for anything in particular.
She smiled slightly with a slight nod. "Maybe."
