His smile was apparently contagious as she grinned back. "Let's look."
He relaxed immediately, the feathers soft against her fingers. "Mm.. Boring without you."
"Sounds fake to me," he decided.

She looked over at him, then around, picking up a plant and showing him.
He rested his head on hers. "It is, isn't it?"
He patted Ker and they took off into the sky.
"Was that sarcasm?"
She nodded, looking into a window curiously.
"Sitting in the sun with you?"
He got up and offered his hand.
"I'm a mechanic, not some.. person who knows everything.."
She grinned, shaking her head playfully.
He watched her, his eyes wide and curious. "Hello.. What are you doing out here?"
