She scooted closer, flipping a switch that was essentially a mute button. After that it began chirping, a sweet sound that sounded strangely metallic.
"Addie?" a familiar voice called.
"It's warming up."

She folded her legs, watching him. "Me too."
He picked up the rifle after getting dressed and leaving as well.
"You're welcome," she said warmly. "It's true machinery from Icarus. I small taste of what it's like there, I suppose"
"Okay," he said easily. "I love you too."
She grinned. "I'm glad you like it."
He squinted. "Don't be like that."
