"I missed you too," she said quietly. "And I think you're terribly cute, even if you disgree."
He sighed. "I'll manage."
Her flushed deepened, quieting.
"Just for now."
She relaxed under his touch. "Why?"
He wrapped his arms around her. "Hm. Fine."
"Why not?"
"You could never be rude?"
"That's cute."
He pulled on pants and a shirt before flopping back onto the bed. "Are you sure?"
She flushed, giving him a small smile. "What're you doing?"
"That's a lie."
"There was a fire a long time ago in Icarus that I had to.. escape. It still managed to get my back."
He laughed, getting up to change. "How rude."
A majority of her back was scarred, as he would have felt.
He grinned brightly, tilting his head. "Love you."
She frowned before lying on her stomach and pulling up her shirt to reveal her. "Feel."
"Too bad."
"You must have a stronger mentality than me," she said, a bit sheepishly. "When it happened to me it gave me a fear."
"I think it's you," he said easily.
