He looked up at her. "Then what?"
"They'd suspect something if it were more than me. I'll be fine on my own for now, but I'll keep you updated. Don't worry."
He said nothing, looking down.
She frowned, shaking her head with a sigh as she grabbed her bag. "Not yet."
He sighed. "I'd never hurt you."
"Well... functional.. I need to go back, but I need more tools first. I'll get it done. Trust me."
"Neither was I."
She frowned. "Not for long. This will take longer than I thought."
He shook his head. "I would it never to falter, but could you say the same?"

He said nothing before going back to Ker.

She frowned slightly. "August.. He's your brother, you know."

She observed him gently before standing. "Eli thinks you're dead. Should I tell him?"
