"Is that sarcasm?"
She watched him, reaching up and holding his jaw. Her thumb brushed his cheekbone.
"Ugh. Never. I'll just wear my scarf."
She sat beside him before lying onto the bed, keeping plenty of space for him.
He squinted. "You did?"
She stood up, holding his hand.
He frowned, trying to look and failing. "What?"
She relaxed under his touch. "We could rest, I suppose.. It's getting late."
"Huh.. Well if it works."
"Mm.." she murmured in agreement. "It really is."
"That's a long time."
She pulled away after a moment, her eyes fluttering open.
"What about yours?"
She ran a hand through his hair before kissing him, her lips soft and warm.
Her voice was quiet and nervous. "Can I kiss you..?"
She moved down to the bridge of his nose, kissing him once again before pausing, unsure if she had the right to kiss him further.
"Then what? How many do you need?'
She watched him, her brows furrowed before leaning forward and kissing his forehead.
"..Plastic? That's weird."
