"They're calling you the Mad King, Aug. They're saying you're taking people captive."
"Bye," he said quietly.
She watched him worriedly, feeling as if she almost might cry. "Oh, August.."
He said nothing as she went before getting dressed himself.

"So this is like a sanctuary? You know what people call you, right?"
He sat up, looking at the bedsheets as he slouched. "I know what I said."
She frowned. "Well why not? I didn't know that."
He brushed her hair back. "I think I'm getting feelings for you."
