She blinked in surprise, her brows furrowed. "What..? August?"
His fingers were running through his hair, his eyes closed.
"Wow, what a pretty sight."
She held his hand tightly, using her other to gently wipe away some of his tears. "I'm here, August. I'm here.."

He looked up at him with bright eyes.
She frowned, moving to touch his shoulder. "August.."
He huffed, following her in.
She waited patiently.
"It's me," she said, her voice shaky and gentle. " I came back from Icarus.."
He blinked before standing and coming over. "Addie, I'm not smart."
She covered her eyes.
She dropped the dagger, taking a step closer. "August.. It's Aspen.."
He smiled slightly, waiting patiently.
She grinned. "Hello."
She immediately faltered, her breath catching in her throat as she weakened. "August..?"
He grinned, sitting back on the bed. "Yeah."
She got dressed before giving him a kiss.
She went to reveal his face, ready to strike with a dagger when needed.
She smirked before moving to do so.
