He observed their hands, his head tilting as he watched hers in his, turning them slightly to view the intricacies.

She smiled slightly at him, reaching up and brushing back his hair.
"The ones I arranged?" she asked curiously, tiling her head.
Tez awoke a bit later, her grip on his arm loosening as she awoke, silvery eyes squinting in the soft sunlight.
He stuck his tongue out teasingly, reaching up and taking her hand with his. It was rough but delicate against hers. "I'm not surprised."
"Just curious," she said, leaning against him. "I wasn't sure if you liked her before. As an acquaintance, I mean. Not romantically."
