He opened his eyes, looking down slightly. "Addie?"
"Mm," she murmured. "Are you tired?"
"So you like seeing me in a bad way?"
His eyes were closed as he relaxed.
She headed inside, holding the door open for him.
"Uh huh. See?"
He sighed, lying back again .
She started for the house, her expression bright.
"How, then?"
He observed her thoughtfully, his expression thoughtful.
"I love you."
"I am not!"
He shifted, his eyes fluttering.
