She went to join him.

She kissed his cheek happily. "Wonderful."
"It was not."
"He'll be okay, August.."
He rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah, I can.."
She grinned. "Really?"
She splashed him. "That wasn't necessary!'
She frowned, coming over to him. "He'll be okay. He's smart, right? He knows what he's doing."
He paused, looking up at her. "In the human world?"
She brightened. "I knew it!"
She gasped, letting out a slight yell before submerging underwater.
