She stopped, turning to look at him with curious, blue eyes. "I.. You have a fiancee, Tuck. Remember that."
He nodded slowly. "Okay, Eden."
"I'm.. not sure." A low voice sounded behind them. "Perhaps I could be of some assistance?"
She nodded, going back to her shelves. "Mm. Alright, Tuck."
He tilted his head. "I.. I missed you too."
"Electric?"
She laughed slightly. "Thanks."
He hesitated. "Hm..?"
"Whichever works."
She was tilting her head, her expression almost that of resignation.
He came back down, setting the socks by the fire to warm up before getting down to very carefully brush out her tangled hair.
"Just practice your magic already."
She sighed, coming over and patting his head lightheartedly. "It's okay, Tuck."
He came back with the fresh tea, inspecting her slightly with a frown. He went upstairs quickly to grab a pair of warm socks and a hairbrush.
"Hmph."
"I know you didn't mean it. It's okay."
Sam frowned, coming over and gently feeling her forehead before adding logs and flame to the fireplace, then cleaning up the tissues and setting...
"Yeah. Don't pass out."
She frowned. "I don't want you to, but you can if you think it's best."
