She reached up and kissed his cheek.
She hesitated before shrugging.

"Because it was all empty!"
There was a knock on her door the next morning.
"Sure, but come over here before you do that."
"A real egg?"
"I can wake up if you want."
"Your other hand.. I had to hold that one too."
