She whimpered slightly before rushing forward, wrapping her arms around him tightly.
She paused, waiting for the mouse. "Sure. So you don't remember where you got it?"
"I will always stay."
He huffed. "Ugh."
"We were never alive or human," he answered. "We've just been here."
Her eyes widened and she opened the door wider, putting the sword down. "You remember?"
"I didn't know you would respond!"
She squinted before kissing his nose.
"That would be lovely."
He directed his gaze at her. "What do you know about demons? You only just got here."
She blinked, seeming nervous. "You're here.."
She frowned. "You don't know what it means?"
She sighed, turning to look at him. "Bleh."
"Still."
He tilted his head. "Not even close. More of a demon of sorts."
She blinked, nervous to open the door. She picked up her sword cautiously, opening it a crack.
"It is a shame.." She replied. "What was the note you gave me?"
She pursed her lips. "Hm.."
"Maybe because we've been together for awhile?"
He tilted his head. "One of them."
