She stretched, pulling him close and shutting her eyes again.
"I'm sorry. Do you want a pat on the head or something?"
He was there, watching a movie with the kids.

Her eyes fluttered tiredly and she relaxed, pulling him close.
She grinned. "So no jokes?"
He would remain there until she woke.
"I'll stay out here with him."
She shifted, murmuring in her sleep.
"I'm joking.. It's fine."
He relaxed, leaning his head back.
"Do you think he'll behave?"
Tez was asleep the next morning, nestled comfortably next to Rowan.
"Hm," she replied playfully. "Whatever."
He kept her close, going and sitting on the couch.
He headed in, looking around and getting in line.
