"This is your bed."
"That's okay," she replied easily, looking up at him. "We actually slept in the same bed and you hugged me and it's okay."
"Ours?"
"Stop it."
She grinned. "I love you too.'
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"No, no," she replied, wiping her eyes with embarrassment. "It's the good crying. You're just doing so well and you're so sweet."
"How long do contracts last?"
"What?"
She sat on the edge of the bed. "I think you're lovely."
"Did I do something?"
She looked over at him before suddenly sniffling. "You're so good, Rowan."
"Didn't we sign a contract?"
"I'm fine."
She rolled her eyes with a small smile. "In two ways."
"I wasn't planning on stopping you."
She looked away, silently cursing herself.
"We can't, really. We just need to deal with it."
