He chuckled and nuzzled her cheek, "Well you're cuter."
He put a foreleg around her shoulder and kissed her cheek.
He nuzzles happily in return, "Aw, you."
"Me too..." He said in reply, going over and laying back down on their makeshift bed.
He yawned and stood up to check out the window, "So, you think we'll ever find another pony out here? It's been so long since we've seen anyone."
Breeze smiled and kissed her in return.
(Hmm... Maybe just a few months later.) Three months went by, which was mainly composed looting and the like. Breeze had become set on the idea...
"Righto!" He says, setting her on his back and taking off out of the town. (Wanna do like a "One year later" thing or continue it from here?)
He smiles and nuzzles her, "Likewise, my love."
"That'll only get us so far..." He said, "I lost my rifle down there too... Maybe it's time to just keep running..."
(Pretty much.) Fire sighs and peaks down below at the mutants infesting their old base. He looks back to TJ, "What should we do now?"
(Welp, looks we just got taken back here anyway. I think I recall what was going on when we left off now, though.)
"It's no problem at all, Jackie. Anything for you." He said smiling, then stood up.
He sighs happily, "I guess we should head home soon..."
"He smiles wider and nuzzles her cheek, "Likewise, Jackie."
He smiles and chuckles a bit, "It's been a pretty good day..."
"Not sure, but I know that is part of that saying!"
"Tedious? Well, I have to disagree there because, as an ex-adventurer, I was always kept on my toes."
"Yeah, she ended up quitting that to be an adventurer." He said with a chuckle, "She never became famous, but she loved her work."
"I bet." He replied, "My sister ran a store in Ponyville, she couldn't catch a break."
